Love it. The colour grabs you by the balls, the draftsmanship is spot on, the lines are gorgeous, the character is funky cool and it just... well I was going to say "ROCKS!" but that would be terribly crass and rather gay.

Let's just say I like this image.

yeah yeah, I'm gonna agree with bruno's comments... this is really organic feeling! your linework is really expressive and natural, making it feel more alive. I mean, also having lots of funny references and just being super eye-catchingly colorful helps too.
