No. Peter just sold the global intellectual rights to the TMNT. He did NOT sell Mirage itself. Whicj means that he and the others can STILL do comics. Mirage studios ITSELF is NOT gone; Peter just doesn't own the Turtles anymore. Nickelodeon/Viacom does.

On an UP note, Peter retained the right to publish at least 18 TMNT comics a year, IF he so desires. No Trade paperbacks, though.
